The Experience

Translated "circus of the sun", it's only natural that Cirque du Soleil would find such popularity in the city that never sleeps. Just as you'll find a little something of everything in Sin City, you'll also find something of everything at a Vegas Cirque du Soleil show. Part circus and part performance art, in any given show you'll find a mixture of fairytale animals, outrageous acrobatics, dancing and musical performance. All this fused together in one mind-boggling show that captivates Vegas visitors.

Similarly to the many themed hotels in Las Vegas, from European to Egyptian, so you'll find similar allure with the Vegas Cirque du Soleil shows, as they feature several different styles of shows to choose from. The innovative Beatles Cirque du Soleil show presents a fully interactive performance of sounds and visuals that stimulate the senses. Featuring over 60 renowned International artists, the show is only available at The Mirage. One of the most popular and slightly more unique productions is the Cirque du Soleil O show. A blend of aquatic acrobats, synchronized swimmers, and aerialists, unite at the Bellagio to create a marine masterpiece.

For an even more elaborate show, Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas offers several other performances, with a wide-range of story lines and themes, each uniquely different than the other. You never get the same Cirque du Soleil show twice. Criss Angel dazzles audiences at the Luxor with defying, mind-bending magic. Treasure Island features the Mystere Cirque du Soleil show, a powerful performance featuring vibrant, colorful decor and costumes that come alive with circus acrobatics.

From the art connoisseur to your average laid-back Joe, Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas delights with its imagery and performance.

When to Go to Cirque Du Soleil Vegas

As the city that never sleeps, there's no best time to see a Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas. Typically, you'll have better luck in between holidays, when the crowds are a little smaller than busy seasons, such as spring break and summer. Although all the Cirque du Soleil shows are excellent, take a look at each show to see which one will best fit your interests and appetite.

Odds n' Ends

Tickets for a Cirque du Soleil show begin at USD$ 60 and go over USD$150 for seats closer to the front. If you have a flexible schedule, there are half-price ticket vendors on the strip, which offer Cirque du Soleil tickets for half-price on the day of the show. Seats for these shows are never guaranteed, especially during busy seasons in Las Vegas. Cheap Cirque du Soleil tickets are often available from online travel deal sites or are often bundled in when you stay at a hotel featuring a show.
